Ball Watches

We are the only carrier of the Ball Watch Collection in all of Toronto. Our esteemed collection includes Ball Pocket Watch and wristwatch styles. It also includes GMT Ball Watch options.

Ball is one of the most established and respected watch brands in Canada and the US. They were established in 1891, and despite appearance changes over the past century, the brand’s founding spirit – industrial function – has never been compromised. It is still present in Ball’s original details. For example: the watch dial that loyally follows Ball’s original design guidelines for the standard railway watch. Each detail, including the numeral style and the shape of the hands, was created in a mission for accurate timekeeping by the founder. This mission is one that the Ball family remains committed to. For the many men and women today whose split-second actions keep this world ticking, it’s a shared mission.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Shant took the time to carefully repair my ring, and it came back looking brand new. When I dropped it off, he assured me it would be safe, which gave me peace of mind. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

It is a rather nice looking store with beautiful merchandise. I just went in to have some gemstones looked at. He was honest and very knowledgeable about his craft. This guy knows his stuff! I plan on having some things made here in the future 😉👌

I had an accident and discovered that my wrist watch braclet broke. Upon calling and describing the issue, I was invited to visit for a thorough examination of my watch. I went fully expecting to pay a small fee for services rendered. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and professional. My watch was fixed in a very short amount of time. Best of all, aside from tge courteousy and professionalism extended to me, the gentleman explained relevant points in a useful and understandable way. He also didn't charge me for performing repairs, explaining that it was Arax Jewellery policy. Depending on what you need, I would definitely check out Arax Jewellery. These professionals know what they are doing, provide speedy service, answer your questions and are very welcoming. I will be going to Arax again. Sincerely, Kevin Chan

Arax Jewelers when above and beyond the call of duty to have my wife's ring repaired and cleaned. This was an amazing job they did and I was definitely surprised at the detailed work. Very skilled and knowledgeable and most likely one of the best places to purchase and have repairs done is this place. My wife cannot be any happier than what she received she thought it was a new ring just the way it sparkled. Truly amazing work. On my wife much appreciate this. An intern we will definitely recommend anyone that we know from family to friends and colleagues to send you more business. You focus deserve it. Highly recommended.

When the diamond fell out of my wedding ring in December 2025, I was devastated. We don't have extra money to spend on diamonds these days. I went into Arax and asked about my options. They worked with my budget. And redesigned my ring with a swarovski crystal! I am in love with it. I couldn't be happier. It's sparklier and flashier than the original. Plus I am no longer worried about an expensive diamond falling out and getting lost. I highly recommend Arax, they're wonderful!

I walked in with a simple jewelry repair, just needing a watch strap replaced. The owner was happy to help and did it on the spot. Not only that, he refused payment, saying it was his pleasure to help. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry on display. I will definitely be back to shop their collection soon!
